Dear prospective member,
As president of the Fraternal Order of Police, Federal Lodge # 2, I would like to thank you for your interest in the Fraternal Order of Police (F.O.P).
The Fraternal Order of Police is the world’s largest organization of sworn law enforcement professionals, with more than 2,100 lodges and over 330,000 members. The F.O.P is the voice of those who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving our communities. The F.O.P is committed to improving the working conditions of law enforcement officers and agents; as well as the safety of those we serve through education, legislation, and community involvement. No one knows the dangers and the difficulties faced by today’s officers and agents better than a fellow officer, and no one knows police officers or federal agents better than the F.O.P.
Founded in 1915, we are still “Building on a Proud Tradition.”
Federal Lodge #2 is a Fraternal Organization and is open to any Federal Law Enforcement Officer or Agent that has full arrest authority, carries a firearm and has graduated from a federal law enforcement academy. Membership is also open to first-line supervisors and agency managers as well.
I urge you to join the Fraternal Order of Police simply because it offers the best benefit package available to Federal Law Enforcement Officers and Agents in the State of Arizona. The F.O.P. provides legal representation for on and off duty incidents as well as agency representation provided by the Arizona Labor Council (ALC). Free Last will and Testament service is also available, and the legal representation not only covers you, but your family too. Membership includes special auto and home insurance rates, F.O.P. license plates (the only law enforcement plates available) for your vehicles. Members also enjoy discounts with Verizon Wireless for their cell phone services, offered exclusively in Arizona.
If you have any questions please contact me or any member of the executive board. I can be contacted here.
